With the intervention in all of Regional Health Administrations (ARS), Hospitals and ULS, the ACSS felt the need for a new way of relationship between their institutions for the human resources approval processes. The ACSS team set up a central management system with ability to receive all the information and manage the hiring process of Health Human Resources in Portugal. Among the capabilities to create and submit employment applications, manage, advise and approve, reject or request changes at any time, the system also has the ability to provide real-time information, reducing complaints and requests for information on the proceedings state.
Management and approval of supplier invoices.

The solution based on the MasterLink technology allowed XEROX to manage the process more simple, fast, decentralized (work on this system employees in Portugal and globally) and controllable (avoiding failures and delays). The system also had to be integrated within the XEROX Document Management used for the purpose of receiving and organize documents. Another requirement was the ability of the workflows (associated with each invoice) to be selected according to the data of the own invoices, as well as the ability to define workflows dynamically by the operator without limit approvers.

The size of promotional material management and refrigeration equipment, either financially or logistically, required the creation of a application that would adapt to the existing management model but who also could adapt very quickly and simply to the market, which may be identified by the heads of the various company areas. Key points: to align investment with marketing strategy; operations between office and POS; customer segmentation; return maximization and control in real time.
It was necessary to create a solution to receive and manage centralized information coming form multiple sources (manufacturers, packers, installers, technical, commercial , creative , etc.), as well as integrate with existing systems, allow consultation processes, automation administrative tasks, definition of approval and management control levels.
